- Double click on My Computer either on the desktop or on your start menu.
- Go up to Tools on the menu bar(File, Edit, View, Tools, Etc.).
- Click Folder Options.
- Click the Vew Tab.
- In the Advanced Settings section, click to clear the Use simple file sharing (Recommended) check box.
- Click Ok
